The guidebook, created thanks to the collaboration of all partners in our consortium, brings together valuable information that youth workers and youth educators can use when teaching young people about financial literacy.
It includes essential knowledge on what financial literacy is, along with insights into various themes within the field of finance from budgeting and saving to the financial realities faced by young people today. This equips youth workers with a stronger knowledge base, preparing them to pass on this expertise to the young people they work with.
The guidebook also provides 48 practical sessions that can be used when delivering training on financial literacy. These tools cover a wide range of areas, including budgeting, investing, scams, pensions, and other key topics. Each tool contains everything a youth worker needs to successfully implement a workshop on financial literacy with their target group.
